We deliberately don't make enough to meet demand, so we don’t overbuy, which affects quality. You have to pre-order before our order is sent to the factory to ensure you get what you want.

DETAILS

Designed to maintain comfort in changeable British weather from March to October. Resists wind, brisk showers or persistent light rain. Suggested comfortable temperature range of unlined version is 10c to 22c. Lined version is 6c to 18c.

We’ve taken an all-time British Mod-style classic, the Harrington Jacket, and iterated it into a sleek and more masculine FRAHM essential. Our version is harder wearing, made for real-world active movement, and a better fit on varied men’s shapes.

The British Millerain dry-waxed cotton fabric doesn’t have that horrible sticky feeling and you can machine-wash it. Over its years of service to you, it will gradually develop a worn patina, individual to you.

As with every FRAHM, each and every element of the jacket sees a classic, upgraded. Details like the best-in-class Cobrax snaps on the waist tabs, the laser cut stainless steel YKK zips, to the chin guard to stop your beard becoming part of the jacket! A sleek Jet Exhaust vent sits between the shoulders, which have extra space built in for cafe racer motorbiking or impromptu chin-ups.

It is so popular, we now offer 88 combinations, so you get your ultimate choice of 11 sizes, 4 colours and now lining. Choose to have it unlined for lighter weight and more comfort in Summer. Or add our trademark FRAHM tartan lining, with two additional inner pockets, for wider use in Spring and Autumn.

Living With Your FRAHM

Each FRAHM has an embroidered authenticity label sewn into it. The artwork changes each year, to show which unique year you own.

Embroidered herringbone care label - no unsightly cheap flapping labels. The care instructions are written by us in plain English.

Machine wash cool, low spin, non-bio or sensitive detergent, no conditioner, dry flat or hang. If you use conditioner by mistake, just rinse.

Will dry quickly, iron cool, or don’t bother - we don’t!

Does not need reproofing.

This jacket is vegan. For more information on our other vegan designs, do ask.

Fully biodegradable natural exterior and interior fabrics, apart from the metal zips

Sourced entirely from British and European materials. Made in the EU.

Worth the wait, absolutely

So after ordering in June '23, the jacket arrived a couple of hours after I left for a week's holiday - anticipation further extended! Worth the wait? Absolutely; this is my second Harrington Racer - subtly but noticeably different from the first. Excellent detailing like the little zip hoods; love those. The material feels luxurious yet tough. I went with the lining as an alternative to my unlined version - perfect for current April weather but not too heavy when/if it turns warmer. Wearing this makes me feel good. Great job.

Love it.

The material is dense and strong which protects from the chill April breeze. The medium fits really well on me ( slim 6’1 ) with just enough room to move freely and wear a jumper. I think the blue, actually more of a dark version of airforce blue than navy, looks smarter in real life than in some of the pics. Above all, I don’t look like a fashion victim and I could wear it to a casual day in the office as well as a regular day to day jacket.

A lovely jacket - but you need to be patient

I really like the jacket - it’s excellent quality and fits me well. The only difficulty is it was 10 months from order to delivery. I know it’s clear that each model is made once a year - but you need to be prepared.
