This Frahm woodland worker’s jacket is too good for my needs but life is short and I have just bought a house with its own woodland so what the hell. My wife approves of the smart style.
I've never paid this much for a jacket, but at the same time I've never worn a jacket and thought wow this is great... Until now..
So i managed to secure a woodland workers jacket from the achieve collection
First impressions are
Very well made jacket my wife thinks it looks lovely and very sophisticated
It feels in a different league to my barbour/belstaff jackets
Ive ordered two more frahm jackets so that says it all
The only thing i would say is the woodland jacket is a mid weight jacket
which suits me fine
After buying the parka in anticipation of a poor winter weather wise, it was a total success in every way. The winter was awful, the parka was brilliant... but maybe too much so... on cold days I was down to the parka and a t shirt and still warm. I needed something different for those coldish days, the woodland jacket was it. Tough like the parka, just as beautiful... but thankfully a little less warm. Now I’m layered up, looking smart & waterproof, after all I do live in Northumberland, even some good days come with rain. I’d really suggest you buy both these coats.
This is my second Frahm jacket and currently I am as happy with this as I am my Ventile. This jacket was purchased for wearing as the weather gets warmer and as I write we are down below zero outside. My lunchtime walks are still very much taken whilst wrapped up in the warmth of the Ventile. I am looking forward to spring and warmer weather so I can give this WWJ a proper outing. Keep up the good work guys!
