ORIGINAL ISN'T BEST

The Harrington began as a 1930s lightweight smart casual golfing jacket.

It became one of the all-time most important jacket styles through it's wear by various counter-culture teen icons & groups from the 1950s onwards.

Elvis & James Dean. Mods, punks & 2 Tone skinheads. It's never lost it's edge.

It's also never progressed. The fabrics & trims are standard. The tight elasticated waist was uncomfortable and the resulting puffed out shape unflattering if you weren't skinny (which most of us aren't - well, I'm not...)

So we made it higher quality, tougher, less floppy, yet more comfortable.

Got rid of the flappy collar that drooped and the hand pocket flaps that curled.

Opted for a funnel collar that's shaped to follow the line of the skull and jawline, making it more masculine.

Added a second layer of dry-waxed cotton on the shoulders to further bring the eye from your tummy to your shoulders. Eyes up, not down. Manly shape, not round shape.

Tiny details like the scalloped cuffs that shape to your knuckles but allow use of your palms, to allow chin-ups wearing it (yes I test every jacket doing this).
