Once you have received your garment, you have 90 days to refund or exchange it, so long as it is unworn, undamaged and unwashed (just tried on please). Click the link below to start the returns process.

Please make sure you send your garment back in its original packaging with all labels still attached. Please use the biodegradable plastic bag that your item comes in as well as the branded paper bag as this is what protects it from getting damaged. We cannot refund damaged items, which we think is fair. Also, please include a copy of your original order number inside the parcel.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of our warehouse receiving them. We hope to get it processed quicker than this, but sometimes post can be delayed or there can be hold-ups at our warehouse. If you are worried about your refund please get in touch and we can follow up for you, but please try not to do so until the 14 days has passed. 

Payments should be processed immediately, but sometimes it can take up to 7 - 14 working days to appear in your account. PayPal is particularly cheeky.

All returns, including returns from outside the UK, are free of charge. Please use this link and fill in the returns form. 

If you have placed a pre-order for a jacket, you can cancel this at any time before delivery for a full refund. 

You can also exchange your jacket for a different size or product, even a more expensive product.

Yes. The refund process is the same as with any other FRAHM garment.

As long as there is stock available, we can easily change your pre-order to a different size or colour. The best thing to do is check with us over email, or jump on live chat where we can assist with sizing and availability. Please note that we do not accept more than two exchanges per order.

If you want to swap your pre-order for a different item, simply select “exchange for a different item”. If the item you want is low in stock, we recommend placing a new order to avoid missing out.

If we receive the item before fulfilment, you will receive the full refund.

If you return the item after delivery, duties and taxes are not refundable.

In the UK (excluding Northern Ireland):

• Free repairs within 1 year of delivery
• Covers genuine manufacturing faults 
• Contact our customer service team to arrange your repair 

Repairs after one year of delivery:

• A small service charge applies 
• Contact our customer service team for a quote 

Outside of the UK:

• The same policy applies. 
• However, it is easier for you to have your jacket repaired locally. Our customer service team can reimburse you for the repair cost (the same one year warranty applies).
