HOW DO I CHOOSE?

A summary of our best jackets, to help you make the right decision.

I'm often told its hard choosing a FRAHM.

Not, I hope & believe, because you're not sure about our trustworthiness, reviews or service standards. Because there's too many temptations.

Sorry, ish.

If I didn't own us, and wasn't forced to wear every single design, I'd want to know which FRAHM was right for me.

I'd likely buy the best all-rounder (see below) first, then expand my FRAHM repertoire, as family finances and marital goodwill allowed.

Below, I've done a summary of:

  • 3 Best All-Rounders
  • 3 Bestsellers
  • 3 Specific Problem Solvers

BESTSELLERS

What better recommendation than fellow jacket enthusiasts who've voted these to the top with their pre-orders?

These are FRAHM customer's three most wanted styles, in the most popular colour choice of each.

Handily, they fulfil three different seasons, in the same style space. Rock solid masculine classics, upgraded subtly, but obsessively.

The Peacoat is for November - March in the city.

The Harrington, for April - October, mostly Summer.

The Deck is for intermediate temperatures, from March to May and September to November, though I've recently been wearing it in deep winter - I walk fast.

SPECIFIC PROBLEM SOLVERS

These are the FRAHMs that stand apart. They solve a problem that others ignore.

The Woodland Workers is the always smart, but not too smart, low-care, no crease, throw-on busy-life jacket. Easy, fast, beloved.

The Waterproof Trench Coat is a trench that's actually waterproof. Rare, but what makes it unique is the eVent mountaineering level technology fabric that is tough, yet extremely elegant.
