Greetings from our Airbnb in Manchester. We're back shooting around Ancoats and Castlefield, to complete our Winter 2025 launches.

I first launched the Woodland Worker's Jacket in 2019, as an antidote to lumberjackets you can't lumber in, or a panoply of flimsy chore coats you only dare do a little light dusting in.

I intended it as a really tough jacket first. But as I found myself unthinkingly grabbing it for meetings, I realised how quietly smart it is too. Hence, we've shot the images in city & country. See below.

Its my go-to business jacket in cool to warm weather. It never creases.

Here's what we've updated on the Woodland Worker's Jacket for 2025:

  • Chest pocket zip upgraded to new YKK Excella stainless steel, but more subtle black rather than red tape.
  • Stainless steel key carabiner on large interior book pocket.
  • Real horn buttons are now subtly engraved  with 'FRAHM' (images don't yet show these, as I only just approved them)
And yes, Burgundy is back. You ask, you get - as long as we ask British Millerain nicely enough to do a small batch for us. Which they have.

Take care,

Nick
