FRAHM jackets are cut for real men's bodies and action. We've subtly altered classic tailoring for more movement, for real life. Our jackets do not have a restrictive teenage 'fashion' cut.
Size Chart:
Size by your actual body measurements, not copying your size in another brand. Fit can vary wildly between brands and their size may not be ours.
HEIGHT: This is the easy one – measure yourself from the top of your head to your heel. (Sometimes easier to do against a wall we find.)
CHEST: To find out your chest size, take a tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.
ARM: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bony bit on your wrist (yes, that is the biological term).
If you can't measure your chest circumference, the best guide to size is your best fitting existing jacket or suit jacket. Then Live Chat us and we can advise what your size is.
"Tall" sizes are for very tall men, offering exactly the same jacket with significantly longer arms and torso. Don't buy one if you're above average - our standard sizes will fit.
If you have shorter arms, we will happily have your sleeves shortened from a minimum of 3cm for you when possible (most of the time it is).
If you have any questions please do Live Chat or email us on hello@frahmjacket.com

Lumberjack jackets don't really live up to their name. They're usually made with soft, very tearable fabric that will ruin quickly. I wanted to make a really tough cool weather jacket that you could scrape against a ragged broken branch without any effect, that was smart without being showy.
Based on the hugely popular Lightweight Worker’s Jacket, this is a heavier weight worker’s coat to combat cool and mixed British conditions and gloaming pine forests. You could call it a trucker jacket too.
The outer fabric is a heavier weight washable waxed fabric than our Field Jacket and Harrington jackets - from British Millerain in Rochdale, Lancashire, of course. No need to reproof even after years of machine washes.
The lining is a gorgeous brushed, soft, red and navy blue check cotton. We’ve added Italian stainless steel snap closures to the front cargo pockets and our super tough brushed horn buttons.
There are pockets galore, with two main lower cargo pockets, with hand pockets behind (it drives us nuts not to have anywhere to put hands). Add in one buttoned chest pocket, with a YKK hardened stainless steel zipped chest pocket opposite it. Then inside we have a two inside pockets - one for a paperback book and another for your pen knife and mints.
As with it’s 5 star reviewed sister the Lightweight, we have paid particular attention to the buttons. These are real horn, brushed for a wonderful hand feel. The thread is triple woven through to a smaller holding button to the rear, with the thread then bound around the button at it’s centre to create an extremely tough and long lasting natural fixing. These buttons will not be falling off.
There are button cuffs with two widths to select and a stiff casual collar that can be turned up if desired. As ever we use heavy duty twin needle stitching to add longevity. The embroidered brand label on the right shoulder is pure black.
This is a jacket that will wear its' life as it ages - whether chopping logs in a remote forest or animating talking squirrels in a city studio. Beard not compulsory.
Upgrades for 2022: Snaps now Cobrax B:Lock, considered the best in world, used by special forces. We're adding a limited edition embroidered label to our designs, detailing which edition you own and proving its authenticity.
Weather range, with t-shirt from 6c to 18c, or down to 0c with heavy layer(s) - ideal for cold, windy through to mild days in changeable weather and showers.
We offer free global express shipping on all orders.

Amazing jacket. Great fit and top notch quality. Love it
I have had my jacket for 6 months now and it has become my suit of armour, yes it is close fitting (but not too close) but it looks just so oooh. Any way you know all that. What I wanted to say is that I decided to take the plunge and give it a wash, to say this made me nervous would be a massive understatement, if the jacket shrank even a little bit it would be ruined. I read and re-read the not flappy label and ensured my wife had the correct washing soap stuff and I double checked that she had the machine thing on the right temperature setting (she hated me doing this by the way) and in it went. After an agonising wait it finished and out it came, I then put it in the tumble drier myself and set it on a delicate heat (I was proud of myself for working out how to do all this). Then I literally watched it go round checking every 30 minutes to see if it was dry. I got it out slightly damp and put it on a hanger to fully dry in the garden (I never ironed it but it did not need it thankfully as I don't know how the iron works and by now my wife was fed up with my stressing over my jacket - after all that it still fitted and had not shrunk at all (phew and phew again) AND it no longer had shiny patches and the fabric had softened a little so it draped even better than before - happy days all round. So the moral of the story is, don't be afraid of the washing machine, Nick is right (and so is his not flappy label), washing your jacket often improves an already excellent jacket.
Another perfect jacket to add to a growing collection!
Quality Craftmanship - attention to detail is outstanding - a jacket to last a lifetime - worth every penny !
Really please with the quality and style, now considering my next FRAHM purchase.
