This is my 6th Frahm Jacket, it’s very hard to say which is my favourite. I purchased a Ventile Thermal Field Jacket 2025 Fireman Red, Large. The quality and feel about this jacket is unbelievable.

I do have three very minor points to make. The delivery packaging is’t as good as it used to be, not sure if this is because it was purchased through archive. My second point is the sleeves are a little long and Fraham were unable to help on this occasion. Finally, a two way zip would have been more useful. My thermal military jacket has this and it’s great, very useful.

I love this brand and will continue to purchase more jackets and support this great brand. The customer services team were first class in dealing with my questions.

Just received this jacket in Red and it’s an instant hit. Phenomenal quality and versatile enough to wear to London or to the local with the dog. Perfect for the winter chill. Love it.

I’ve waited years to get one. Not sure why? I never liked the idea of waiting to order. The end of year sale of returns was a good enough excuse to get one. Outstanding quality and finish. I love the huge hood which does the job. Loads of pockets. Beautiful red colour. No more excuses not to go out walking.

Received my jacket just in time for the recent -5c cold snap, and it’s performed brilliantly on my daily dog walks.

From the moment you unpack it you can just feel it’s a beautifully made quality item, the ventile feels lovely, as does the lining, and every detail feels chunky and premium. Even the initial ‘stiffness’ of the thing giving it a breaking in adds to the sense of weight and premium materials.
On the coldest days I’ve never felt anything other than lovely and warm, but never sweaty or clammy so it does a great job regulating body temps.
The hood design is superb, in a blowing Gail and driving rain it stayed up and the peak kept my glasses rain free - so top marks for that.
Judged as a jacket it’s easily full marks - have to mention price though, I’m fine paying for quality and happy to be in a position to do so, will continue to support companies like this making great quality things in the proper way. Is it ‘worth’ it though is a question for each individual, things get a bit diminishing returns at high end so whilst I’m delighted with my buy it’s still just a very very nice beautifully detailed warm waterproof jacket, if your budget doesn’t stretch as far you can get the function, if not the form, for a lot less. But the form is lovely and I’m delighted with mine.

Another frahm jacket, most similar is my Thermal Military Parka but that's not waterproof. I'm lucky to live in the Southwest the best place in the UK period. So being on a peninsula I got to test my Camel brown ventile Thermal jacket at Bigbury on sea on New Year's day. Windy, cold and some rain and it passed those elements with ease + it looks stunning too. You feel quite the gentleman wearing it as it oozes quality and individuality. You could spend half the money and buy a padded not waterproof jacket from one of the big brands which are very poor. You could also wear ALL BLACK clothing like most teenage boys or men with no imagination trying to be teenage boys or teenage girls and women wearing black jogging bottoms and white sport socks on show.....God you're boring !!!!! OR......you could get a personality and wear something everyone else isn't

Hands down the best jacket/coat/thing I’ve ever had wrapped around me. I have a few Frahm’s now, but nothing compares to this. The detail is fantastic, it oozes quality in every fibre. I haven’t stopped wearing it since it arrived (outside the house - I do occasionally stroke it as I walk past it in the hallway)

I got it in red, and what a red. It’s absolutely gorgeous, the cotton cashmere is beautiful, th snaps, the zips.

Can’t really say much more than if you buy one, you won’t be disappointed, in fact, you’ll fall in love and live happily ever after!
