It's ok for a bit, but you shouldn't have to, long term, or if you start thinking about hurting yourself.
You may be lonely.
You can be lonely surrounded by people.
You may be grieving.
You may feel it's the lowest point in a hellish year.
Your relationship may be changing, or changed.
You might remember childhood trauma.
You may not know why you're sad.
I want you to know that all feelings change.
That it is possible to feel better.
That you are wanted.
It will get better.
Not quickly, but bit by bit.
You need help, like I had.
I never thought I'd get better, but I did.
There may be people close to you that care about you.
You may not feel that.
There are ALWAYS strangers who care about you.
You need to talk to someone.
Do it now.
