SHIPPING 


We offer free express shipping on all orders. When in stock, we ship the same day or next day if the order is received after around 5pm. Pre-order delivery dates are listed on the product page. 

 

UK Deliveries: 

Orders are sent on a free express shipping service which typically takes 1-2 working days. 

 

Europe: 

Delivery is usually 2-5 working days, but may be sometimes be delayed due to Brexit. All orders are tracked and there are no extra taxes to pay or fussy paperwork to fill in when you receive your order. Everything is sent DDP which means delivery, duty paid - by us. 

 

Rest of World: 

Deliveries to other countries typically take 8-15 days.

 

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, FAULTS 


Is your returns policy the same for items bought on sale?

Yes. The refund process is the same as with any other FRAHM garment. Just follow the steps below. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed a pre-order for a jacket, you can cancel this at any time before delivery for a full refund. 

 

Will I be able to change my pre-order?

As long as there is stock available, we can easily change your pre-order to a different size or colour. The best thing to do is check with us over email, or jump on live chat where we can assist with sizing and availability.

If you want to swap to a completely different garment, you’ll need to place a new order for this, or our friendly customer service team can create an order for you and simply send you an invoice. Please note that stock isn’t held until the invoice is paid, so your item may go if stock is low.

 

How do I return an unwanted garment?

Once you have received your garment, you have 90 days to refund or exchange it, so long as it is unworn, undamaged and unwashed (just tried on please).

Please make sure you send your garment back in it's original packaging with all labels still attached. Please use the biodegradable plastic bag that your item comes in as well as the cardboard box as this is what protects it from getting damaged. We cannot refund damaged items, which we think is fair. 

 

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of our warehouse receiving them. We hope to get it processed quicker than this, but sometimes post can be delayed or there can be hold-ups at our warehouse. If you are worried about your refund please get in touch and we can follow up for you, but please try not to do so until the 14 days has passed. 

Payments should be processed immediately, but sometimes it can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. Paypal is particularly cheeky.

 

How much does it cost to return a garment?

All UK returns are free of charge. Please use this link and fill in the returns form. 

 

How do I return an item if I don’t live in the UK?

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs of postage for returns outside of the UK, but if you choose to exchange we will send your new order out for free. For the EU this is delivered DDP which means no messing around with paperwork or waiting for customs. N.B. This excludes Switzerland, Norway and Turkey.

 

    TAXES & DUTY, AFTER BREXIT

     

    • Our website prices are the same for everyone, wherever you live
    • All UK orders include UK taxes
    • All EU orders are really simple. Don't worry about Brexit: You pay the price you see at checkout. Your order includes everything to get it to your door. 
    • If you're outside the UK or EU (rest of World, like Norway, USA, Australia), you may pay local duty (but not VAT) but we pay your shipping
