FAULTS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CONTACT US ON firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING!
You should have a simple returns form that explains everything, in your package.
We ask that you pay for returns postage and packaging (though you should be able to reuse the packaging we sent it in).
We’ll always be fair to you and apply common sense. We just ask that you are fair to us in return, so please don't return jackets after wrestling tigers or trying to deflect asteroids.
It’s also worth noting that we’re not like other clothing companies. We sell one kind of jacket, then sell another, so there is a good chance there won’t be stock left. We’ll always try our best.
Do please contact us at email@example.com if you're unsure of anything.
SENDING TO US
Our jackets are worth a lot of money. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as it’s out of our hands until it’s (literally) in our hands.
To return a jacket EMAILED US FIRST ON firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we've spoken to you, please mail your jacket to:
Frahm Technical Limited
21 The Firs
Please don't pop round to see us if you live nearby. We're not insured (yawn) for this, and we'll be forced to hide under the desk until you go.
TAXES & DUTY
We are legally obliged to pay all UK taxes. We don't have any influence on non-UK taxation or duty, nor can we or will we do naughty things to get around that. We must correctly declare what goods we are sending, and their true value.
If you are taxed or asked to pay duty to release goods delivered to your country we're afraid this is beyond our control.
We give £10 from every jacket sold to charities of our choice. This money is taken from our end profit. We will always pay it though, even if it means us losing money. A promise is a promise. We won't pay the charity until all jackets from that batch have been sold.
For transparency (and because it's nice) we will announce/make public which charity and how much was raised every now and then.
FRAHM jackets are cut casual, for movement. We've subtly altered classic tailoring for more room in the shoulders and longer arms. Our jackets do not have a restrictive 'fashion' cut.
Our best guide to size is your favourite existing jacket or suit jacket. Look for the inches or CM, not the "medium" or "large", as these definitions differ wildly between brands.
If you don't know your size, wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest and shoulders (no tensing), underneath your armpits.
If you have a really muscular or chunky build, or want to wear heavy layers (like thick jumpers) under your jacket, we recommend you go for the size up.
"Long" sizes for particularly tall men offer exactly the same jacket, with significantly longer arms and torso.
If you have any questions or concern you are an unusual fit, email the designer Nick on email@example.com and he will discuss sizing with your personally.
CHRIS: Size Medium. 39" chest. 5'9". 76kg. Slim, athletic physique.
NICK: Size Large. 42" chest. 5'11". 88kg. Chunky, muscular physique.
