Size & Fit Guide
Our customers rave about our fit, check out the reviews.

FRAHM jackets are cut for real men's bodies and action. We've subtly altered classic tailoring for more movement, for real life. Our jackets do not have a restrictive teenage 'fashion' cut.

Size Chart:

HOW TO FIT YOURSELF

Size by your actual body measurements, not copying your size in another brand. Fit can vary wildly between brands and their size may not be ours.

HEIGHT: This is the easy one – measure yourself from the top of your head to your heel. (Sometimes easier to do against a wall we find.)

CHEST: To find out your chest size, take a tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.

ARM: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bony bit on your wrist (yes, that is the biological term).

If you can't measure your chest circumference, the best guide to size is your best fitting existing jacket or suit jacket. Then Live Chat us and we can advise what your size is.

"Tall" sizes are for very tall men, offering exactly the same jacket with significantly longer arms and torso. Don't buy one if you're above average - our standard sizes will fit.

If you have shorter arms, we will happily have your sleeves shortened from a minimum of 3cm for you when possible (most of the time it is). Typically alterations take 3 - 4 weeks.

If you have any questions please do Live Chat or email us on hello@frahmjacket.com

Colour:

Worker's jackets often don't really live up to their name. We wanted to build a really tough multi-purpose jacket that you can drag through brambles without any effect. One that is smart without being showy.

Based on the hugely popular Lightweight Worker’s Jacket, this is a heavier weight jacket, designed to combat gloaming pine forests and Business Class travel.

Love It. Not Worn It Yet. Love It. Not Worn It Yet.

Can only critique on construction, materials, fit and finish as I haven’t worn it yet!
Nothing new to say. Construction: Impeccable. Materials: The best available. Fit: Absolutely superb, so I must lose weight!!!! Finish: not a loose thread, wonky row of stitching or dodgy button attachment in sight.
In a nutshell, it’s a Frahm. There needs to be a new by-word for quality. Describing something as “Frahm-like” means it is top notch. It needs to happen.

Better than the field utility?

For me the Woodland Worker's surpasses the field utility in two respects - 1) I won't have to get the sleeves shortened! and 2) I much prefer the pocket arrangement, with the external pockets being held closed by poppers and the internal pockets being more robust with one securable and large enough for my wallet (not that I have a huge wallet you understand, especially after buying too many Frahm jackets...). As far as I'm concerned real men need pockets, and secure ones at that. Having had the sleeves shortend on my original black field utility to fit me, I decided to donate it to a young relative as I have a new blue one arriving soon. It fits him well apart from the sleeves, which are a bit short! Can't win them all I guess. Woodland Worker's fits me fine as supplied.

Woodland Workers jacket

Had been considering buying the WWJ for quite some time but after using the web chat option regards sizing and reading all the positive customer reviews I finally decided to take the plunge. My jacket arrived a couple of weeks ago and I wasn’t disappointed and was certainly well worth waiting for. The quality of the materials and fit is excellent and it looks great - so much so that I now have a 2nd Frahm on its way.

Another excellent jacket

I’ve had a few Frahm garments now and yes they’re expensive but the quality shines through and has been there for every purchase.

As an aside the service is top notch. Got an issue or question then, at least from my experience, you get the kind of response you’d like to get.

This jacket oozes style , class and quality, the detailing is superb and I love the pocket styling. It’s only had a few outings and I’ve received several compliments on its appearance. This jacket won’t disappoint you !
