UPGRADED CLASSIC: WWII US NAVY N1 DECK JACKET

The N1 Deck Jacket was created by the US Navy for aircraft carrier crews who needed to start warm and dry in appalling conditions, yet be able to move freely without snagging on equipment.

As with all standard issue military gear, corners were cut for mass production.

This is where we come in. We take classic men's jacket styles and upgrade them in any way we can.

In this case, to make a Deck Jacket that's quietly luxurious, yet tougher than before, with masses of pockets, in eleven sizes.

TOUGH, WARM FABRICS

British Millerain dry-waxed tough twill cotton has a wonderful texture and can be machine washed.

Primaloft proves insulation for chilly evenings, Spring & Autumn.

Brushed pure cotton flannel lining finishes the balance of comfort with subtle masculinity.

With chest sizes from 36" to 56".

That means eleven sizes & free sleeve alterations, unique in jacket brands.

Importantly, we take time to tailor exceptional fabrics that drape flatteringly, not suck around the bits you didn't want to accentuate.

We make you look manly, in a "I want to feel good, but not look like I'm trying too hard" way.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We only make men's jackets. Each classic style is released once a year, at the same time every year.

A year later all the jackets ordered arrive, and we get them out to you with unique certificates of authenticity for that year's edition.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

The short answer is always as soon as you can.

Options run out as we get closer to the arrival date.

We're booking production space and getting fabric made twelve months before they've even been made.

If you see gaps in the options of colour/size, etc, that's an alarm bell.

WHY IS EVERYTHING 20% OFF?
