Sometimes the tough side of life can feel overwhelming. If you feel life is getting on top of you, the most important thing you can do is talk about it, whether that’s with a friend, family member or even your GP. Taking that first step can be incredibly scary, but we promise it’s worth it.

FRAHM founder, Nick, suffered a nervous breakdown in 2017 which led to suicidal feelings. Sadly, he isn’t alone, with 125 lives lost a week to suicide. Fortunately Nick took the steps to talk and, with support, recovered. This is something we speak openly about and hope that by sharing his story we give others courage to talk as well.
