Size Guide
Size & Fit Guide
Our customers rave about our fit, check out the reviews.

FRAHM jackets are cut for real men's bodies and action. We've subtly altered classic tailoring for more movement, for real life. Our jackets do not have a restrictive teenage 'fashion' cut.

Size Chart:

Size by your actual body measurements, not copying your size in another brand. Fit can vary wildly between brands and their size may not be ours.

HEIGHT: This is the easy one – measure yourself from the top of your head to your heel. (Sometimes easier to do against a wall we find.)

CHEST: To find out your chest size, take a tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.

ARM: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bony bit on your wrist (yes, that is the biological term).

If you can't measure your chest circumference, the best guide to size is your best fitting existing jacket or suit jacket. Then Live Chat us and we can advise what your size is.

"Tall" sizes are for very tall men, offering exactly the same jacket with significantly longer arms and torso. Don't buy one if you're above average - our standard sizes will fit.

If you have shorter arms, we will happily have your sleeves shortened from a minimum of 3cm for you when possible (most of the time it is). Typically alterations take 3 - 4 weeks.

If you have any questions please do Live Chat or email us on

French worker's jackets, or chore coats, are an extremely popular men’s staple, but we found they are too heavy and unstructured. We wanted to create a more flattering, tailored version, with clean lines and greater comfort. The gorgeous brushed Italian fabric is at the centre of this thinking, with all the usual FRAHM attention to detail and longevity.

Since its launch in 2019, it has been a huge favourite, and so, having created the Waxed Lightweight Worker’s version too, it becomes the 'Original'.

We sell by pre-order. Most options on this year's Original Lightweight Worker's ran out ages ago. We've launched 2025, with 20% pre-order reward.

Pleased with purchase. Significantly better material and manufactured than “ brand” and designer labels.M y only gripe is a dislike of labelling on the outside of the garment.

Fantastic Four

I've waited a few weeks to review my fourth(!) Frahm. It's another winner for me - wearable for casual and smart events. While the basic style is relaxed, the cut and quality radiate class. The trademark Frahm attention to quality and detail are in every stitch and feature. I particularly like the "waxed" (you wouldn't know) fabric. Light but tough and looks good when creased. The large front pockets are really usable - they don't sag or bulge when you put stuff in. Very happy with this. Again.

Another understated gem

A really lovingly executed lightweight jacket for summer. Superior materials and craftwork shine through. Well thought out, useful, understated but anything other than boring. I love this jacket. Another hit from Frahm!
