We're all different. That's why we offer 11 sizes

Let's get you sorted...

FIT TO YOUR BODY, NOT 'AVERAGES'

Don't copy the size you wear in another brand. Every brand is different.

Go by your actual body size.

CHEST:

To find out your chest size, take a tape measure (you can get away with a retractable 5m DIY metal one!) and wrap it under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest. Don't tense!

HEIGHT:

This is the easy one. A (thin) book held horizontally, a tape, no shoes, against a wall. Done.

ARM (optional):

Helpful if you're concerned about your arm length, as you think you're particularly short or long armed. Contact us and we'll give you clear feedback.

Measure from bony corner, where the top of your arm meets the shoulder to the centre of your wrist.

CHECK CHART

"Tall" sizes are for very tall men, offering exactly the same jacket with significantly longer arms and torso. Don't buy one unless you're well above average - our standard sizes will fit.

If you have shorter arms, we will happily have your sleeves altered free of charge for you, when possible (most of the time it is). Please check our terms on that though.

Please live chat or email us to discuss.

EXAMPLES OF REAL MEN IN THEIR FRAHMS. GRRRR

CHRIS: M

Chris: 39" chest. 5'9", with a slim, athletic physique.

He wears Medium. He likes a long cuff, but if you prefer it adjusted higher, just ask us.

JOE: 4XL

Joe (Marler, yes the England Rugby player and mental health advocate) 53" chest. 6'0", wears size 4XL.

Our biggest sizes go right up to a 5XL, or 56" chest.

NICK: L

Nick (FRAHM founder & designer) has a 42" chest and is 5'11" height.

He's fit, but not slim, AKA 'Dad Bod'. Wears Large.

Notice he's wearing a jumper underneath his Woodland, as we provide room for layers.

STUART: XL (nearly XL Tall)

Stuart is 6'3" tall, with a 44" chest. He wears XL.

We popped him on here to demonstrate that despite his height, he's happy in an XL.

If he had longer arms, or wanted a fit over the hand, he'd go XL Tall, which adds 5cm or 2" to the arm and body length.
