The worker's jacket (or chore coat) is probably one of the most versatile jackets you can own. It's up there with the greats, like the classic harrington or denim jacket.
There are so many different ways to wear it. Smart or casual. Bold or subtle. It's the ultimate lightweight jacket to throw in your backpack for a day at the park, or adopt into your daily creative uniform.
As with every FRAHM, these jackets are built tough. Originally created for labourers, factory workers and farmers, they needed to hold-up to a days labour & last for decades.
Typically designed in heavy, durable cotton fabrics, we wanted to retain the durability, but make them lighter, more comfortable, functional and stylish, with a more tailored cut.
We may have tweaked and improved this classic style for modern day but, having been around for almost 100 years already, it's a timeless, understated piece that'll last generations. If you're anything like us, it'll quickly become a cornerstone piece in your wardrobe.
And by details, we mean pockets. Lovely roomy pockets.
Traditionally all worker's jackets also have three exterior patch pockets, for storing tools, carrots, or mice (we assume). We've made each jacket with six, so there's plenty of room for your phone, bank cards, books or vegetables (if you're so inclined).
There's also chunky, contrasting buttons & that casual collar for that "I'm not trying, but I'm no slouch" vibe.
