AN ESPECIALLY TOUGH BEAUTIFUL WOODLAND WORKERS JACKET RARITY

In 2022 we launched a special edition 'Dazzle Camo' version of the Woodland Worker's Jacket. One excited owner was neurodiversity and environmental campaigner, naturalist Chris Packham, who owns a few FRAHMs.

Since then he has worn it constantly. Every time it appears in the press or TV, we are inundated by requests to give it back. So we have, in a strictly limited edition run of only 50 jackets.

Chris & founder Nick are both neurodiverse dog lovers, and agreed that £100 from every jacket should go to Dogs For Autism.

The jackets are a very fast turnaround (for us!), arriving in late August. Thus, we are taking orders up to Midnight on the 15th of June 2025, or when we have sold 50, whichever comes first. Enjoy.

We're booking production space and getting fabric made twelve months before they've even been made.

Options gradually run out as we tick down from 12 months ahead to the arrival date.

If you see gaps in the options of colour/size, etc, that's an alarm bell.

FRAHM Waterproof Utility Field Jacket (Olive Green) – A Welshman's Weakness

Look, I’ll admit it: I’ve got more FRAHM jackets than one man strictly needs. And my office rail is starting to look like Nick's. So naturally, when the Waterproof Utility Field Jacket came out, I was straight in and ordered a Large, just as I always do, but this time in Olive Green.

Now, here’s the twist: the sleeves on the "Large" were a touch short for my liking, and not like my other FRAHM jackets. Not disastrously so, but enough that I wasn't 100% happy and started pondering what might happen in the rain, and here in Pembrokeshire, we don't do vertical rain. This isn’t a fashion statement, it’s meant to do a job.

So, I contacted FRAHM customer services via email and 'spoke' with Leonie from FRAHM, who helped me painlessly swap for a “Large Tall”, and I must say, I’m far more comfortable knowing my wrists aren’t exposed to the elements. So, one happy FRAHM customer ... again.

The jacket itself? Built like a tank, elegant and reassuringly over-engineered, very much in line with FRAHM’s usual standards: stitching, hardware, finish, all spot-on.

Can’t wait to give it a proper Welsh weather trial — only problem is, we’ve had a suspiciously dry spell. Typical.

So yes, another FRAHM in the wardrobe. I probably need help. But I’ll look fantastic while seeking it.

I was nervous but I was in safe hands

I am delighted with my jacket. It clearly is the product of considerable thought and effort. When I was ordering it I was some what nervous because after all of the discussion of multiple options I ended up ordering a "medium" the way I always do. However I can confirm that all mediums are not the same and this is a beautiful fit . Perhaps you visit and measure me in my sleep ? Anyway , thanks for the jacket and your reputation is absolutely deserved.
