My second Frahm!
Nick has created jackets that i am becoming addicted to. The pockets are especially addictive. Super soft corduroy and warm, i can't keep my hands out of them. People don't usually comment on my clothes but this new purchase and last years Harrington have elicited many "i like your jacket" moments.
I purchased this jacket after contacting FRAHM and seeing if they could get the jacket sent out, if in stock with very short notice to going on a trip. It arrived in time and didn't disappoint,it is so well made and the insulation quality held up in sub zero temperatures.The jacket does not have that cheap shiny look and the branding is nicely understated . The only fault I can find is that FRAHM jackets should come with a warning ,as once worn they can become very addictive and the need to get another one can harm your bank balance.
I own a few Frahms. Well a lot of Frahms. More than I can afford(!) The ripstop puffer has seen me through winter and had lots of compliments. And then this turned up, the Heavy Twill Deck Jacket. It’s a belter. Everything is just so from the weight and cut. The materials are superb as always. I feel good wearing it and the ethos of the brand is admirable. But Nick, no more, my partner will kill me, not mental health!!!!
As we skip into the wetter, milder season, the big coats are put into hibernation, and the lighter ones come out to frolic.
Most waterproofs, that are actually water proof, are like wearing bin bags, which is really not my speed.
This is the ne plus ultra of field jackets, the material looks and feels excellent, and was recently tested in a coastal downpour; the style is subtle, but swish, and it fits snug, but not tight, even with a jumper on; and has a pleasing collection of pockets.
This jacket is going to see some very heavy rotation.
I now have a Frahm jacket for all seasons 😂. This waterproof Utility Field Jacket is again of excellent quality, which I’ve come to expect. Spring/Summer jacket now chosen👍.
This is my 2nd Frahm (love my workers jacket) and spent big (for me!) on the Trench coat. Underwhelmed by the package that arrived. Not sure what I expected 😂 and opening it thought ( that doesn’t look THAT good) However once unwrapped and tried on Wow! Then you start to see the quality, everything seems right, pocket placement, collar, length , sleeves, fabric. Very impressive. Hangs how it should, open and done up. Works with jumper or gilet or jacket underneath!! My better half liked it instantly and that’s rare for me to enjoy!! Really pleased with this and can’t wait to get it in the rain!!! 3rd and 4th Frahms on way and looking forward to more.
