Size & Fit Guide
Our customers rave about our fit, check out the reviews.

FRAHM jackets are cut for real men's bodies and action. We've subtly altered classic tailoring for more movement, for real life. Our jackets do not have a restrictive teenage 'fashion' cut.

Size Chart:

HOW TO FIT YOURSELF

Size by your actual body measurements, not copying your size in another brand. Fit can vary wildly between brands and their size may not be ours.

HEIGHT: This is the easy one – measure yourself from the top of your head to your heel. (Sometimes easier to do against a wall we find.)

CHEST: To find out your chest size, take a tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.

ARM: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bony bit on your wrist (yes, that is the biological term).

If you can't measure your chest circumference, the best guide to size is your best fitting existing jacket or suit jacket. Then Live Chat us and we can advise what your size is.

"Tall" sizes are for very tall men, offering exactly the same jacket with significantly longer arms and torso. Don't buy one if you're above average - our standard sizes will fit.

If you have shorter arms, we will happily have your sleeves shortened from a minimum of 3cm for you when possible (most of the time it is). Typically alterations take 3 - 4 weeks.

If you have any questions please do Live Chat or email us on hello@frahmjacket.com

Colour:

Worker's jackets often don't really live up to their name. We wanted to build a really tough multi-purpose jacket that you can drag through brambles without any effect. One that is smart without being showy.

Based on the hugely popular Lightweight Worker’s Jacket, this is a heavier weight jacket, designed to combat gloaming pine forests and Business Class travel.

The Goldilocks Jacket

Down the years, I have dabbled with all manner of “up market” jacket brands (a select few of which have been significantly more expensive than their Frahm equivalents).
So that brings me to Goldilocks, and in particular, this Woodlands Worker’s Jacket. I have a number of direct competitors (both a bit cheaper, and more expensive).
One is “pocket lite”……not enough storage options. The most expensive of them has shed fixtures and fittings like autumn leaves, while a third is about a foot too long.
None of them give of an air of being as well put together as the Frahm.
So, if Goldilocks were in town, and tried all of my jackets, which one would be “just right”? No doubt about it…the Frahm (even though I would love it to be 75mm longer 😬).

The best jacket

It has been a fantastic shopping experience with personalised service and updates on delays. The jacket itself if fantastic, it fits like a glove, is really light but also very warm and the stitching is top quality. Big fan and my next jacket will be a Frahm, no doubt.

Sight unseen

First time buying a Frahm and very pleased with the fit and quality of the jacket. As I live in the states appreciate the response s on helping me choose the right size.

Usual Great Quality

Great quality and the slightly more room in the body of the 2024 version v 2023 meant I could return to my usual Frahm Size Medium. Frahm No5.
