It's been a year since my ADHD diagnosis... Both a total surprise, yet one that seemed immediately obvious to me and my loved ones.

What has it actually been like to run FRAHM through such a difficult year? And how come, despite, or because of, how hard it's been, we've grown?

A FRAHM isn’t cheap. It shouldn’t be. Couldn’t be. Will never be.

Why? The answers is so screamingly obvious it seems to need restating:
